我记得 mac 自带的预览程式可以抠图，不够我不是很确定。我记得好象有个家伙实现了个网页版的 Photoshop 。我自己图象相关会用 polar 和 figma ，不过不知道能不能满足你的需求

这 2 个本质上是同一个。photopea 是原版。这个作者还挺厉害的，这个网页是个纯前端应用，我认为能满足大部分基础需求了。gaoding 只不过是套了一层皮。
