Microsoft 365 Developer Program 账号还能续期吗？旧的被封这个能删除吗？

之前跟着大伙建的那个，然后用教程里一个自动续签，结果大范围被封，导致右边那个已经不能用了，那么它能删除吗？以及左边那个是直接不按教程直接又新建一个，也能用，那么如果不续签的情况下，如何直接到期删除再建立？或者说现在还有什么办法续签？

刚刚收到邮件，可是这次我什么都没做，当然问题还是一样，不知道右边的能否删除，如果不能删除，如果这次又到期了，是否可以继续新建？数量没有限制？：
