美亚账号里的礼品卡余额能用来买美区谷歌礼品卡吗? 我刚才从支付宝买了 1$的美亚礼品卡, 充到美亚账号里以后提示 Your Amazon.com Balance cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, prepaid open loop cards, or certain third-party gift cards. 所以我就没敢继续充了, 但是选中 25$谷歌礼品卡后下单的页面也没显示不能用礼品卡余额

我之前是网页版订阅的，前几天取消了网页版的续费，昨天下午刚过期， 网页版左下角已经出现 renew plus 字样，今早也已经不能使用 GPT4 了； 安卓 app 目前提示： "In-app purchases are currently unavailable. please try again later"
能订阅成功的诸位有没有什么经验分享，比如是不是要拔 SIM 卡/改语言之类的？ 还是等一两天即可？

我搜到过这个提示语，但是是针对 IOS 的，不知道安卓出现这个代表什么：

（我的 IP 本身是专门自用的日本 IP ，比较干净，平时访问国外的网站也基本都是走代理，谷歌账号是日区，之前也从来没有见到明显的被风控迹象）
