We are looking for a Senior Product Designer that’s energized and excited to design the future of our product. You will research, ideate, launch, measure, and iterate.
Responsibilities
You will help establish a culture of proactive user-centered design within our organization that will improve the experience for all our users and drive impact. You’ll be responsible for empathizing and understanding client needs, developing ideas and direction, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding experiences.

What you’ll do
- Lead projects independently, own design from prioritization through launch, and deliver high quality work
- Be the voice of the user and advocate for their needs throughout the design process
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists
- Collaborate on business requirements, analyze technical limitations, perceive and conduct research on user behavior, translate them into user stories, user journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Present design work regularly and engage with partners and stakeholders for feedback
- Collaborate with the design team and contribute to a shared design system
- Regularly review all designs with the larger Design and Product Team to ensure consistency


Qualifications
You are passionate about user centered design. You bring to the organization the following competencies:
- 5-7 years of experience
- Strong at research, ideation, and design execution
- Shipped products that have had business impact
- Experienced with scaling designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-driven, detail oriented, and meets deadlines
- Proficiency with Figma
- Have an education in design, computer science, or psychology
