大家有什么记住生活的方式?

最近半年来尝试写日记,起因是发现自己年龄增长后,对过去的记忆逐渐模糊,经常是今年已经忘了去年的情况,对于上个月的事情也会变得模糊,这可能和平常生活没什么特别的经历有关,但写日记发现回看日记时,能让自己回忆起来的内容似乎也没有增加多少。所以大家是否有更好的记住生活的方式呢?

习惯性地用 Journey 随手记几个字。没错,就几个字。但有这几个字在,我就常常能够想起来几年前的事情。

我平时用手机录音,晚上用 whisper 转换成文字,然后用 ChatGPT 跑这个 Prompt:

说一个忘记在哪本书上看到过的心理学内容,大概意思就是记忆总是保存于大脑中,只是没有一个显式的触发方式。你想记住一些东西,就要找到一个显式的触发方式,反复强化,以后你就能通过这种方式来唤起那部分回忆与感觉。类似条件反射和触景生情

这个方法很好用。我个人是通过音乐,就是在你想记忆的场景的时间中反复听同一首歌,保持一段时间。然后后来在听到这首歌的时候,那个回忆和感觉真是瞬间就被拉起来了。
