请教加拿大签证问题

签证资料提交之后收到一个要做 Biometrics 收集的要求，付款之后把 receipt 提交到 IRCC ，提交的文件在 Documents submitted by the client 下面的 Supporting documents 中也能看到，如图:

今天收到邮件说又要提交一次，提示 Replacement Needed ，这是啥情况有遇到过的么？然后我老的这一份 receipt 提示 Uploaded - not submitted to IRCC 是为啥，需要咋做提交么，网页最下面点 next 的话又要缴费$100 ？

You have to press Next at the bottom which will take you to next page requiring you to electronically sign it by writing your first and last name probably and proceed, then hit Transmit button. This will make the upload successful.

原文是这样的：Once you have uploaded your document, you have to go back to the window that says uploaded successfully. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and on bottom right there is a "next" button. You click on that and go to the bottom of the page and fill out a digital signature and then click submit! After you submit it will ask you again to verify if all submitted info is true and correct. You have to click on that again and then you should see document submitted or provided. until you see provided or submitted, it will just sit there so make sure you see that change in the status. Clearly, this process is not very "simple". Would have been helpful if there was a simple submit option once you upload the document.

@Authorization 原来是还要点下一步才是真正提交，之前都没注意到页面最下面还有东西，多谢指教，非常感谢
