Improvements to the homepage feed November 27, 2023

We’ve released the following improvements to your homepage feed.

You now have the option to include or exclude events from starred repositories, in addition to the default events from repositories you sponsor or watch.

@u3u Filter 菜单里面多了 Include events from starred repositories 选项，默认是选中的
