Yes, but it's not easy currently. You have to get the frame of the front window, and then compare it to SCREEN(Main,Right) to decide which screen its on, and then use either SCREEN(Main,...) or SCREEN(Second,...).
The next version (in beta testing now) will have SCREEN(Front,...) (and SCREEN(Mouse,...) which refer to the screen with the front window (or Mouse) on it.
