Dear HSBC Review Team,
I am writing again to express my extreme frustration and anger at the ongoing delay in reviewing my HSBC Expat account. Your previous response stating that you require no further clarification from me while you conduct your review is unacceptable.
This review has been ongoing for weeks, which is completely disproportionate to the minimal activity on my account. As I stated previously, my account holds less than 50 USD and has seen fewer than 20 transactions since opening. These transactions are primarily simple transfers between my HSBC HK account and this Expat account, with the remaining few being purchases from OpenAI and ChatGPT.
Frankly, the suggestion that this account poses any significant risk of "fraud and financial crime" is insulting and absurd. It should take minutes, not weeks, to review such a simple account.
I demand a swift resolution to this matter. If you are unable to complete your review within the next 48 hours, I request that you immediately transfer the remaining funds in my HSBC Expat account to my HSBC Hong Kong account and close the Expat account.
This unnecessary delay is causing me significant inconvenience and I will be forced to escalate this matter further if a satisfactory resolution is not reached promptly.
