StoryBoard 中没有 File's Owner 怎样绑定 ArrayController Content Array 和 Document ?

在Cocoa Programming for Mac OSX 第8章中
要绑定一个ArrayController 和 NSDocument中的Array

但是书中版本是用的Xib, 在StoryBoard中没有File's Owner这个选项

现在我是在ViewController中new了一个Document
然后绑定ArrayController 到ViewController的self.doc.array


这种姿势对吗？
