系统里这个文件找不到？
/System/Library/Input Methods/SCIM.app
TimeMachine 里找一下恢复一下（如果有备份的话）。都没有的，话也不用重新装啊，下载系统镜像把这个东东重新拷贝到路径下就可以了啊。
