KDDI 线路的 linode 现在又被 GFW 关照。。。能用吗？

看到 202.97 的骨干网跳去西海岸了才说它是绕去美国了……

而根据 ipip.net 上的 ping ……普遍是 150-300 的水平……这还不绕美国？ ntt 亚太环通？
