至少我测了这么多 Looking Glass ，除了 SL 的结果显示低于 90 ，就没一个能到 89 的，看来 IBM 再一次改变了世界……

@ovear 北京联通到日本 NTT 直连延迟这段时间经常上 150ms ，恶劣时甚至到 200-300ms 的延迟了。这问题持续有 2 个月了吧。

东京到西雅图最短的就是走 NTT 的 PC-1 海缆。 IBM 和延迟低没什么关系，顶多就是买买买

@ovear 试了好多个了， tracert 看了下，倒不是到 NTT 有问题，貌似每次都是在 vl518-ds1-b5-r1910.tyo1.choopa.net 之后断的，是不是因为我的帐号是免费帐号的原因呢？最近的活动是新用户有免费的$50

@bclerdx 延迟倒是还好，偶尔的确会上去，但是速度还是一直稳定在 100M 以上

@bclerdx 本帖的其他回复中就有提到， 202.97 是带有 QOS 的 CN2 ，不是纯 CN2 ，纯 CN2 不会经过 202.97
