I would recommend that you consider the app reinstall the app from scratch. To clean all Spark settings on Mac:
-Open Finder, hold ALT button.
-On Menu bar select Go - Library.
-Open folder 'Group Containers'.
-Find and select folder '' Beta Version: 'group.com.readdle.smartemail' AppStore -Version: ‘ 3L68KQB4HG.group.com.readdle.smartemail ’ (‘ 3L68KQB4HG' part is unique for each user.)
-Delete it and restart Spark.
