故事是这样的：

我是一个在加拿大辛勤耕耘了十多年的老码农。 国内一个朋友、手很强的高人想在 upwork 上找活挣外块，无奈英语捉鸡，就让我给帮帮忙。 我忙活了一个小时，帮他写了自我介绍，过往的 project 详情等等，朋友很满意，现在坐等挣美元了！

我想其实国内这样的高人挺多的。我听国内的 IT 教学，许多技术很好的老师 英语词都是乱说，Are you okay?!??!

我的目的：

想多认识些国内的朋友，如果对我的免费翻译满意，将来说不定有机会组团到美国拿大项目。 毕竟拿大项目不是说说“ ok ”， "all right", "no problem", "yes"就够的。谈生意嘛关键是谈。

我的背景：

十多年前就毕业入行了，主要是写 java on ibm websphere platform. 第一份工作是 GE。后来换过几个工作。近几年开始带徒弟，并且越来越多帮老板参与谈判。我的英语算是还不错吧，毕竟每天读英文书两个小时以上(喜欢这口没啥别的爱好)。 有兴趣给我 Email xiaoxing.zhao at gmail dot com

项目买办，关键是分钱比例。

其实我倒不是想做代理，感觉代理商就是中间商的感觉，二道贩子。
因为 @worldtongfb 说得很对，主要是项目进行中的沟通，所以这个事不是“代理”能做的，
必须要真正组建团队。
所以我才说我可以免费帮帮忙帮大家做点小活，交个朋友，为以后真正组 “天团” 做准备嘛 :-)

@macemers 拿项目和找人是一个 动态双向 过程，项目 当然一直有，你 bid 以前需要把你的团队的背景材料写好才行。所以找人组队是第一步。不然如果接了项目，人没找好，不能按期交工，牌子就砸了。
