阿里云上编译好困难，好多库都无法下载，缺爹少妈

我想请问阿里云的同学们，你们是单机版的局域网云吗？还是说国内大环境就是这样？想开发必须在本地翻墙下载好再传上云？在阿里云直接用$$翻墙会被你们抓吗？阿里云会扫描用户翻墙应用吗？谢谢。

@oneisall 听说阿里云上运行 shadowsocks 会被警告，不知道真假，可能 python 版查不出来？
