MacBook Pro 13’ 2015 Early 升级 760p 硬盘后，六国、无法读取硬盘

今年 2 月把这台 128G 的机器升级的 760p，系统 Mojave 10.14.6 到现在也快用了一年了，除了休眠耗电大以外没有遇到过特别明显的问题，但从上周五开始出现了这样的问题：

- 周五看 YouTube 时六国一次，恢复后没有在意
- 周六正常
- 周日晚上正常浏览 ppt 时候六国两次，之后进入尝试开机即六国状态，差不多开机六国了 7、8 次，中间进入了一次系统，插入移动硬盘尝试备份 TimeMachine 直接六国……后来又多次开机六国成功启动了一次，抢救出了一份备份
- 周一（今天）开机一次后六国，以后开机就直接提示一个读不出系统盘的问号，无论怎么尝试也无法正常启动了

网上看到了一些类似的信息，但是大多没有给出解决方案，不知有没有遇到过类似问题的 V 友，请求支援。
