上海电信的 TR069 之前可以互通的，被某些人用来开黑宽带。后来电信发现了，现在全部屏蔽了。所以嘛。这种东西，自己小圈子玩玩就可以了。没必要广而告之。

TR069 一般都能跑到线速，因为是运营商直接搞的 L2TP VPN，不像 PPPoE 会被 Radius 下发限速模版。

不过想限制当然也可以，一开始谁想过你们还能这么玩 😂

@dndx 进让运营商公网上下行不对等，对等的话就不这样玩了！话说我今天发现了广东电信 tr069 的一个奇怪问题，内网传档对测跑满 300M，外网 ROS 对测速也正常，唯独是电信官网测速上行不正常！
