We have reviewed your account, but the following discrepancies prevent us from authorizing you for order placement:
- Missing or Invalid contact information
As part of our efforts to prevent fraud and protect client security, we require accurate contact information be supplied by the client. Simply reply to this ticket with the following details, and we will update and re-evaluate your account for approval:
- Full/Legal First and Last (Family) Name
- Current Residential Address, including street/building numbers where applicable (no PO Boxes, please)
- Complete Billing Address, if different from the above, including street/building numbers where applicable
- City, State/Region, ZIP/Postal Code
- Working Telephone Number
NOTICE: We cannot use translated or romanized addresses for our tax records. Please respond with the full address in the language appropriate for your country.
Your telephone number is required for emergency verification only, you will not be contacted via phone by Frantech/BuyVM unless you specifically request us to do so. You may opt to not include your phone number, but please be aware that we will never release information or passwords via email or support ticket.
