m1 的貌似就是写入多，毕竟由于 cpu 和硬盘交互太快了，还好买了 applecare

同七个月，16+512，写入为 5T，平均每天大概使用 4-5 小时。使用强度不一样以及做的事情不一样就会造成写入量不一样，不过问题应该不大，放心用就好。
