iPhone13pro 的屏幕用一会感觉晕

iPhone13pro 用 10 分钟就感觉有点晕，我用 11 寸的 m1iPad Pro 没有晕的感觉，都是 120hz 刷新。
听说 13pro 的 oled 屏幕是全亮度频闪，是这个原因吗？
