手欠撕了 m2 固态标签 然后爆 0e 错误，某东直接拒绝售后，撕错了？

一开始是取了送回去检修，然后那边说打电话给我确认，说我电话打不通，估计是被很多标记成骚扰，被运营商那个拉黑服务挡了，然后直接原商品原路寄回（结果寄回到我以前的一个地址，这个地址我早就删除了，还被快递小哥埋怨一通），我收到后直接傻眼了。

进后台看维修根本看不到原因。然后找人工客服，客服表示撕掉标签就和订单对不起来，无法售后，好几大百。
当时安装固态的时候为了散热更好点，觉得上面的标签实在是和散热有点反设计，就撕掉了标签，估计很多人都这样吧。但是硬盘不是可以读取里面唯一 sn 序列号的吗？首先把客户当成是来碰瓷的？假设客户不诚实？

而某多，首先上来给你赔各种券，全场通用 50 年才过期的那种，可想而知强子为什么着急了

@wy315700 你看得懂英文吗？“SERIAL NUMBER ALTERED, DEFACED OR REMOVED”可不是“warrenty void if label is removed”，这俩玩意儿八竿子打不着。
同理还有 Missing barcode or top cover.
简单来说就是，如果某个标签是一个专用于检查是否被打开的标签，那么破坏该标签拒保在美国是违法的。
如果这个标签是产品的一部分，那么你不能损坏这个标签。
所以说这些厂商没一个敢写“易碎贴撕开即不保修”条款的，你注意到了么？
（顺带一提 wd 的 top cover label 可不是易碎贴）

FTC 表示这么做是违法的，但是他们没办法约束厂商

The FTC ruling was narrow and (to date) only directed at specific companies. Whether it applies to all doesn't matter if enforcement is targeted. As far as I know, they are within their rights to void the warranty of a component they need to replace if that component was altered and they are providing warranty service at no cost. As they are not required to offer warranty repairs for a fee, the ruling is (well) empty. You can contact FTC but I would suggest you will have replaced the system a couple times before they took any action.
