coherence length（相干长度）：在物理学（尤其是光学、波动与量子物理）中，指一束光/一个波在传播过程中仍能保持稳定相位关系（相干性）的典型距离尺度。相干长度越长，越容易形成清晰稳定的干涉条纹。（该术语也常与“相干时间”一起使用。）
