specific heat（比热容）：指单位质量的物质温度升高 1°C（或 1 K） 所需要吸收的热量。它反映物质“升温难易”的程度；比热容越大，同样加热下温度上升越慢。（在理工科语境中也常说 specific heat capacity。）
