作为一个还在用 2017 款办公的人，分享一点经验：
- 可能是电池/散热不行了，导致 cpu 突然降频，一下子很卡
- 下载一个实时监看 cpu 温度和频率的软件，例如 iStat ，也有其他免费的
- 可以尝试拆机清灰，看情况是否要换电池，可以减少 80% 的卡顿，再战几年
吐槽一下：键盘是真的垃圾，手感差，还误触。现在 touch bar 显示也出问题，十分之一的地方黑屏了
