因为 qbittorrent 占用资源比较高，想在 qb 下载完成后迁移到 transmission 保种，有没有大佬有好的实现方式

qt 保存下载完成 torrent 到指定目录,同时下载完成就停止做种
tr 想办法监听指定目录 torrent,老版本反正我没找到入口
