职位薪资：年薪30-45万+期权
福利待遇：年假多；包中餐，各种零食饮料和加班晚餐等
加班情况：不打卡；项目release的时候很忙，平时晚上六七点下班

-Design and implement highly scalable features for Tango servers
-Support tango servers in a production environment
能力要求：
-Expert knowledge of Java and MySQL
-Knowledge of Object Oriented Paradigms
-Expert knowledge of Linux
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong desire to work for a startup
加分项：
-Experience with Agile or Scrum development methods
-Experience with PHP, Python, Erlang, Objective-C, C/C++
-Experienced in designing large-scale service backend
-Experience with mobile devices (iPhone and Android)
-Strong Math or Statistical analysis skills
