淘宝买了一台 pixel 4a 但是 eSIM 貌似有锁，帮忙看看

在淘宝上买了一台 pixel 4a 5G

现状：

• t-mobile prepaid eSIM app 提示"Device is incompatible or locked by your provider"
• t-mobile 查询 IMEI 是可以使用，没有兼容问题
• 通过手机操作添加新 eSIM ，扫码界面提示"Scan QR code from spectrum mobile"
• 手机用香港 sim 卡正常
• 目前还没用美国实体 sim 卡，还不确定能否行
• 谷歌查询 IMEI ，显示"Unlocked"

问题：

• 是否是那种 sim 解锁，esim 没有解锁的？运营商应该是 spectrum
• 我也基本没操作什么，不知道是不是漏操作什么？
• 还有救？

看起来解锁设备也是会显示之前的运营商名字, 单实际上扫描其他运营商二维码也能用的

The solution is a factory reset,
and then after reboot let the phone in america do not add any wifi or cellular connection
skip all configuration etc skip everything that is not required.
then dial *#*#4636#*#* and activate the DSDS fonction and then the phone reboot by itself
( mine when i was with a french configuration won't reboot);
After reboot it's a miracle two Imeis and succesfully activated Esim and sim.
