首先说明一下， 我是用 java -jar 在 cmd 启动 同样的参数 页面没有乱码 使用 winsw 之后启动乱码 求助各路大神 下面是主要的配置内容同 有没有可能是没有读取到(猜测)，我用了<env>貌似也没用

你起码给个截图，看看“乱码”是字体问题还是编码问题吧。。。
别太相信环境变量，配置中最好是用绝对路径。 另外，为什么要用 winsw 呢？不能直接安装为服务么？ |
