pikpak api 上传 bug

是这样的，我有个 200G 的文件夹需要上传，但是 pikpak 官方网站上传多文件文件夹 100%出 bug ，所以我就把文件夹转成压缩包上传，又因为网页限制上传 20G 文件，我就想用 API 上传，然后用的是 alist(用的应该是 API 吧)，然后使用流模式上传，在上传到 180G 左右的时候报错，报错内容大概是安全密钥过期了。

这算文件上传失败了，但是占用的空间并没有归还，pikpak 那边依旧扣除了我 200G 左右的空间，后来又试了第二次中途中断了，文件上传失败，也是 200G 空间没了。

这怎么搞，文件夹里没文件，显示上传失败了，但是空间没了，已经发邮件联系了，到现在还没回我，这怎么办，是所有网盘的都有的 bug 吗，求教
