rt ，2024 年以前几个香港 vps 访问 www.google.com 为 1-2ms ，现在都 15~30ms 了，解析出 IP 也不在香港本地了 142.250.198.68

@iijboom #2 1.1.1.1 ，现在似乎是概率性解析出海，有本地 IP 也能通。年中的时候似乎没本地 IP ，旧 IP 也不通
