国外网站订阅忘记取消被扣费，如何追回？

之前研究设计注册过一个网站 mobbin.com ，按年订阅的，前几天账单里发现有一个 120 的支出，仔细看了一下才想起是它。

然后和银行沟通(velo)，对方说无法取消这笔交易只能让我自己找网站沟通退款。

已经跟网站那边发了邮件，还没回复，不知道给不给退。不过看它们的网站说明好像不支持退款： https://help.mobbin.com/en/articles/692160

Cancellation policy Edited 11 months ago You can cancel your Mobbin account at any time.

When you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund. However, you can continue to use the membership features on Mobbin until your renewal date.

For example, if you subscribed to the membership with a yearly billing interval on 25 August 2022, you can still use the membership features up until 24 August 2023 when you cancel before 25 August 2023.

收到了mobbin.com的邮件回复，同意给refund：

Thanks for reaching out, Sebastian here, happy to help.

We normally wouldn't process a refund since we have a non-refundable policy, but we're willing to make a one-time exception in this case.

Your subscription has been canceled, and the refund has been processed. The receipt is attached to this email, it should be visible in your bank account in 5 to 10 business days.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can help with!

不可能，故意设计的这种机制，赚的就是你忘记取消订阅的钱，我这些年误订阅了少说也几百美金了

有点离谱了..
之前一直以为这种订阅的钱可以通过银行追回的。
或者是 Paypal 有这种机制？

银行不给 Dispute 的话 无解

Paypal 直接付款可以 “争议”，订阅不知道，而且一般发起“争议”，你的号就会被 ban 掉了

前几个月也是国外自动订阅网站申诉退款，当时还是在线聊天的，立马就退了款。可以试试，邮件一般比较慢。

可以的，找客服邮箱沟通就可以了，我常年被埋伏常年找客服取消。包括比如 tradingview ，jetbrains 等等
