比如运营总监：Operations Chief/Director of Operations
首席运营官：Chief Operating Officer或Chief Operations Officer

如果是职位的话还要加上具体职位性质，Senior还是Junior，chief/assistant还是manager，这些应该都是公司内部会有明确定义的。
