如题，我这里拿任意 dpdns.org 子域名对任意国外 ip 发起 tls 连接都出现了 connection reset.

其它地方有出现同样问题吗？

@xqzr http/3 是因为 quic 用的 udp 无法封禁，和 tls 无关
