Position 一：Quant Trader / Desk Quant
Location: Hong Kong
Salary：RMB 50-80K/M （港元发放）
Job Responsibilities:
1. Execute and Manage Trading Strategies: Focus on options trading and continuously monitor market dynamics to capitalize profitable trading opportunities. Experience with exotic options and structured products is a plus.
2. Modeling and Research: Capable to conduct research independently with solid background in quantitative fields, especially in statistics and optimization.
3. Process Automation and Development: Design, develop, and implement automated solutions to enhance trading strategies and decision-making processes.
4. Advanced Programming and Data Analysis: Leverage programming skills to analyze complex data to facilitate hedging strategies and improve trading signals

Job Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of experience as a quant trader or desk quant with a strong focus on options trading, preferred knowledge in exotic options and structured products.
2. Proven track record of managing systematic trading strategy.
3. Experience in developing and maintaining automated algorithms or trading modules is preferred.
4. Master’s degree or above in Mathematics, Physcis, or other Scientific fields.
5. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Experience with Crypto trading is not mandatory.



Position 二：DevRel Engineer
Job Type: Full-Time ，remote
Salary：$ 96-120K/y
Responsibilities:
• Design and create reference applications showcasing XXX technology.
• Actively engage with developers by answering technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance for feature requests and bug reports via GitHub issues.
• Create technical content, including tutorials, documentation, API references, and onboarding guides, ensuring the content is clear, practical, and developer-friendly.
• Organize, host, and deliver workshops, webinars, and training sessions to educate developers on XXX features, best practices, and how to integrate with XXX technology.
• Represent XXX at industry conferences, hackathons, and meetups, fostering relationships with developers, community members, and partners.
• Serve as a trusted advocate for the developer community, gathering feedback and working closely with internal teams to address their needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to align DevRel efforts with XXX’s business and technical goals. Help drive developer adoption and engagement across different channels and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to help guide XXX’s developer relations and community-building strategies.

Qualifications:
• Strong background in software engineering with experience building developer tools or blockchain applications.
• Proven track record of creating high-quality technical content (e.g., blog posts, tutorials, and documentation).
• Experience in developer relations, technical evangelism, or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to drive developer engagement and adoption.
• Experience organizing and conducting developer-focused events, workshops, or training sessions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating effectively with developers, community members, and ecosystem partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work within American time zones.



Position 三：APAC Community Lead

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in community management, ecosystem growth, or marketing in crypto or tech.
• Deep crypto-native understanding — DeFi, NFTs, wallets, BTCFi, memes, and culture.
• Proven track record of scaling and energizing communities across multiple platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
• Experience in event coordination, including both, online and offline crypto events.
• Experience using community and campaign tools.
• Strong organizational skills — able to define KPIs, report impact, and manage multiple initiatives.
• Self-starter with ownership mentality; capable of working across time zones and fast-moving priorities.
