如题，网络环境满足，homebrew 版本满足，但仍然有很多插件无法更新到最新版本，在命令行内 brew outdated 也检测不出来。
shtarship 已经更新到 1.24 了，但命令行内仍显示最新版是 1.23

brew 仓库对应每个文件有个脚本 需要有人更新脚本 你才能看到新版本
