抢了个新后缀域名却说在 NXD list 里，必须到 2015 年才能使用，是啥意思？？

是新的域名后缀，在8月初就抢到了，但是在name.com上一直无法更新nameserver，前几天终于忍不住发了E-mail询问，下面是客服回复的邮件内容
