用BTCGuild是每换一次wallet，就要等２４小时才能Pay out进wallet是么，Donation的百分比和Pay的钱数有关系么，我的钱包已经换过２４小时了，可是还是不能将钱打入

if payout lock is on
就要等24小时才能在换wallet之后payout。
elseif donation < 2.5%
要等你参与算出来的 block 在整个 bitcoin 网络中得到120个确认后你才能得到你的rewards

可以payout
