最近买了部美版plus结果中奖了，后置摄像头遇到故障，网上查了，好多说是硬件有问题。我恢复出厂设置无效。手机淘宝上买的，要退货肯定需要鉴定书，请问国内的apple store能出具美版iphone的故障鉴定书吗？
