为什么好多的 Linux 发行版中文包中的 eta 仍然显示为英国中部时间呢?

在比如Centos中文环境中wget一个包,会有类似如下的显示:
75% [================> ] 13,443,600 46.1K/s eta(英国中部时75% [================> ] 13,443,600 41.6K/s eta(英国中部时间) 2m 4s

按照我的理解这里的eta应该是estimated time of arrival(预计到达时间),是我理解错误还是翻译的错误.

如果真的是翻译错误会为什么几个月甚至几年都不见被修复呢?
