你们有遇到过twitter api失效的问题？

昨天上午8点左右，我的好几个twitter 第三方都无法使用了，包括几个大波和api，7点多还没问题呢。今天搜了下，貌似是api inactive了，重新申请了api就没问题。想问问到底是什么导致api inactive的呢？
