Network Infrastructure 功能在华北地区出现问题，已经确认受影响的服务有：计算模块、 SQL Database ,媒体服务、 Azure Stream Analytics 。使用这些服务的部分用户会受到影响。我们正在评估适当的恢复措施以确保服务完全恢复。我们会公布并及时告知用户新的进展， 并对给用户带来的不便表示歉意。 start-time ： 2015/9/14 10:14 CST We are experiencing an issue with Network Infrastructure in the China North sub-region.The impacted services we've confirmed are SQL Database, Media Services 、 Azure Stream Analytics. Some of customers who are using these services are impacted.We are evaluating the appropriate repair steps to ensure full recovery.
