EGit 有个文件没动过， merge 提示 dirty_worktree

同事在 commit 之后， fetch merge 失败提示 dirty_worktree ，但他表示那个文件从没动过，甚至没打开过，然后我用 git bash merge 成功了，各位大神，可能是什么原因？
