需要注意的是原文中的移动和电信为 China Mobile International, China Telecom Global ，即他们的国际公司，要说和国内的有啥区别，举个栗子， CT 的负责 CN1 即常用的 163data ， CTG 负责 CN2 ， CMI 同理，其业务一般不涉及大陆。所以目测和普通家庭用户没啥关系（主要是电信）移动由于出口基本上走香港，而香港又是 CMI 的业务范围，所以可能会有特效。
