之前用 win8 ，有过一次这样的问题，然后换了 Win10 好像就好了，结果 win10 崩了一次，改回 win8 ，刚开始装上 chrome 还是能用的，但是第二次再打开 chrome 就不能访问任何页面了，只能在快捷方式上加入 --no-sanbox 才可以运行，网上的各种方法都试了，还是不行。
