我在 linux 下用 iconv 将 gbk 转成了 utf-8 的 text 文本，但是 python 在 encode 的时候报出了 UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xb7 in position 63: ord，问了下别人说这是因为会产生 u"x"的符号，想问下这个是什么符号呀，啥意思，我 cat -A 也查不到
