IDEA Unable to open debugger port 但是 netstat 显示发现没有进程占用相应端口

    我要以 debug 方式启动一个 web 项目 但是端口不能打开 我用 netstat 查了一下相应的 debug 端口 没有发现有什么进程占用啊 怎么回事？
