I'm currently running the B7A firmware on my TS140, and am able to boot off an Intel 750 NVMe PCIe SSD without issue. I really didn't have high hopes it would work, but despite no evidence of support in the release notes, it did! I've been a little wary about upgrading the firmware in case the ability to boot off the NVMe drive is withdrawn.
The firmware must not be configured to emulate a legacy BIOS (use full UEFI mode instead), and I'm running Solaris 11.3, but any compatible OS (with NVMe drivers) might also work. Just sharing my experience, so of course, your mileage may vary.

先把盘分区表改回 GPT,不要建立任何分区;
