已经有psd的页面图，只需要根据设计图原比例原样画出页面即可，非复杂页面。
仅需Html + css部分，不需要js之类的任何代码，如果您是一位有业界经验的Frontend engineer，那么单个页面应该可以在不到一个小时内完成。
希望画出的页面结构化好，好维护，css易重用，并且无（或少）多浏览器兼容性问题。
报酬好商量，请按单页面报价。
页面可能以后会很多，如果合作愉快/双方满意那么可以长期合作。

切图这东西，发个预览图还是很必要的。常见的报价都是个平均值，根据页面的复杂度肯定会有上下波动的。在V2EX不用怕被宰，这么业内人看着呢。
