用 cow 不一定是搭建某某某吧 cow 也就是个 http 代理呀

给看不到的说一下，某人用 cow 在自己公司服务器上搭建翻墙服务，然后发现流量跑了几百 m，认为 cow 有后门，并声称报警，要求 cow 加他微信商量解决。
